video playback on Canon PowerShot SD700 IS?

i well-deserved got a new Canon PowerShot SD700 IS 6MP Digital Elph Camera and tested the video article.

when it plays back the video its sort out of 'choppy' - more like it gets stuck on a setting and continues - like it's having disability processing the video...

Is the problem with the condolence card or the camera?

when i transfer to pc, the video is well-behaved without problems.

I in the same way have the SD700 IS and it's a great doll-sized camera. My guess is...you're not using a fast SD car-card.
For shooting high quality movies, as extravagantly as fast camera performance, you should unendingly use a high speed memory card.
I would incomparably recommend the Sandisk Extreme III (1 or 2 GB)...it's wonderful fast and comes with a lifetime undertaking.
    good luck...
