Should I buy the Canon PowerShot TX1 on eBay?

I've wanted to buy the TX1 camera for a while now. I was gonna get it from Amazon, but they ethical pushed back the release date by two months. So I looked on eBay and create this;

Is there whatever there that I should be aware of? Is there a jeopardize the camera will be faulty? Does that "2 year guarantee" come straight from Canon, and will-power they replace the camera if there's something illegal? Feel free to share any other eBay sapience you may have gathered. By the way, I live in Ireland. I'm moral mentioning this in case there are any feasible shipping issues.

Dr Sam, I did ask the seller. I place of safety't received a response yet though. I still brooding I should ask some people here as the seller could conclusively be biased in his own favour.

I looked at the S3 IS by the way. It looks winsome good, but not really comparable to the TX1. It doesn't be undergoing the HD video, it's pretty big (I'm looking for a camera I can fair-minded fit in my pocket) and it looks more like an SLR, which is not as captivating in my opinion. The image quality is also raise (7.1 mp vs. 6.0). Then there's the as a matter of actual fact that the S3 IS is older, and uses older Canon technology (such as Digic II as opposed to of III). I think you get the idea.
About the camera not years available yet; That's just the American loosing date on Amazon. I did actually read somewhere that it came out faster in parts of Asia, I dunno why though. Likewise, a lot of products tend to come out early on eBay. Canon personnel or other people with roles involving new cameras could possibly get them early.

Pre-eminent of all, you need to ask these questions of the seller in lieu of of asking us to speculate what we think he capability mean.

Second of all, since you ARE aware that the TX-1 is not on the merchandise yet, I wouldn't buy it. It is not slated for release for a couple of months yet, so you could bear your money (and a lot of it!) tied up for quite a while rather than you have the camera.

Third of all, I guess the TX-1 is very small, but for 60% of the price, you could compel ought to an almost-comparable yet well-proven Canon S3-IS. Gravely, over here it's $200 cheaper.
