Don't buy this camera! My husband-to-beée uses this camera and hates it. I have been doing a lot of camera scrutiny because I'm giving her a new one for Christmas. I went with the Kodak M341. This Fujifilm camera takes ghastly pics. They are always blurry and dark. I will newel a review of the Kodak M341 after I give it to her for Christmas. I adapted to some in the store and the Kodak always looked nice. The Fujifilm is an nasty device.
thoughtful pocket/snapshot camera
I wanted a take sized camera with a "so called "wide angle" for a fall to Venice last year and bought this a bit impulsively. It has been unyielding and withstood cargo pant pockets, backpacks and all around unpleasant treatment with no problems.
It is a simple and easy to use camera with meagre features/controls. The picture quality is Very good for the bounty and limited control options. Battery life is not very elongated so I bought an extra battery and always take it if i know I am customary to take more than 200 pictures.
The Video value is fair but the audio is so bad that I will now only take my Lumix or my Everio if I be versed I am going to want video options.
Like most cameras this appraise low light conditions are not an option with this camera.
I roughly think of this camera as the modern digital version of an old 110 headland and shoot.
ZOOM Foul-up
Would not throw away my money buying another fuji camera.
ZOOM Transgression WAITING TO HAPPEN.........
Decent what I wanted
At the back of three HP cameras (one upgraded, two lost), I decided to jump get out to Fuji. My requirements: 1) Large LCD screen (no glasses needed), 2) Major-angle lens for family pictures indoor, 3) Challenging-shake and 4) Reasonable microphone for videos. This piece covers all the requirements quite nicely. I have also present some of the reviews trashing the picture itself and I couldn't dissent more. I regularly blow up sections of pictures with no quandary. No jitter, even with my slightly shaky grip. One factor I do miss from the HP's: they had a separate button for movies. With the Fuji, you call for to select movie mode, then shoot. My recommendation: I now can't tangible without a wide angle optical zoom and the Fuji does it good fettle. I'd buy it again.
Not pure good, but gets you by.
I loathing this camera! I love it because it got allot of great photos, but as an upcoming photographer, it doesn't get the job done.
If you are looking for a camera solely for random photos, this camera is good for that. It can't zoom in all the way, or tackle entertain night photos. Indoor photos aren't that colossal either.
Don't waste your money if you want to be a photographer. It likewise, can't take photos in motion.
