Unless you own selection in a battery factory...The camera looks outstanding and I expected it to operate wonderfully since I had owned Kodak Easyshare's before. BUT....it has been vile. I cannot get a battery that will keep it running. I acquire spent money on top of the line batteries, rechargeable units, etc. Nothing. I prepare resorted to the very expensive lithium batteries, as I was able to use the camera exceeding a few day span using them. But straight from the package into the camera, the unripe light came on...and then all red. Now I see all red. Hate it, hate it, hate it...and detest Kodak for being so unwilling to acknowledge this problem and help its customers. They entertain made me jump over mountains and through hoops dispiriting to get help-but since it was a gift, and I have no receipt, they don't mete out with me. This stinks!
My c340
I received this camera for my 21st birthday in 2005. The camera is astonishing when it comes to picture quality for a camera with but 3x zoom. I like the ease of the settings and controls on this camera. The camera is in the same way durable, I have dropped it a few times and it seems to be holding up fairly well. However, the camera does turn on very with no by only bumping the knob on top of the camera. Also, the battery way of life is absolutely horrible. I can only take maybe 20 pictures forward of I see the indication that my battery is going to die. It is a burden to have to buy batteries all the time. I have tried the rechargeable batteries but they don't sound to improve it any. Lately I have also been noticing a lessen in picture clarity. It may be of the batteries dying all the time, but at this applicable, I can't really tell what the problem is.
Bale of Garbage
I purchased the EasyShare Bale a few years ago. It was my first digital camera and last EasyShare as I just placed an commandment for a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290. I probably printed 5 pictures from the berth that was jamming or just not functioning, EasyShare it was not. NO batteries will m in the camera- from Lithium to Rechargeable, the camera blinks red. Its in the same way 5 megapixel which nowadays is super low. Granted the bundle bounty was low but not low enough to not work after two years...
There are much improve choises out there
I've had to beg this matter to work for me since the day I bought it. It would be redundant to list all the reasons why this was a unacceptable choice just read the other reviews. It's been so frustruating - it'd damn near be better to have no camera at all. There are so many other in reality good cameras out there - skip this one!!!!
It not in the least worked right
This is a smashed similar of crap. Never worked right, and the lens finally jammed in the free position. The kodak software is crap too. And if you loose the cord to to the computer, you can solitary buy another from Koday at a very high price. Go buy a Pistol.
