Expert for a Person Who Doesn't need Much
If you have planned used digital cameras a lot, are older than about 10 then this is quite too easy for you. If you want a camera or a printer with a lot of bells and whistles this is not the camera for you.

This camera is nonpareil for a beginner in the world of digital photography. The printer is perfect as pretentiously. They both are simple to operate with minimal buttons.

My jocular mater is almost 80 and is very scared of using current technology and this has been correct for her. She wanted to take a camera on the trip with her so she didn't necessity all the film. She is able to use it just fine with little assistance or direction.

Worth the Money.

Okay
The camera is in point of fact small and the instructions can be just a little confusing but overall ample. I haven't had any problems with the camera, although people on in this who have ordered it say it breaks easily. So far its reall good. The printer is in effect small as well. I should have payed more r to the print size, because they print out photos smaller amount than half the size of a regular piece of paper. But if you destitution a small camera and printer for a good price, than this is substantial. It has a great feature that plugs into the computer and downloads pics. And it equally automatically uses a flash, and turns it off when the flash is not certain because its too bright. But Overall it was good buy, and Im happy with it.

Kodak won't accommodation their product
The kodak camera we purchased worked amercement. The dock broke after approximately 60 pictures. At the back of tons of communications Kodak passes the buck and does nothing. Their chap service sucks. Do not expect them to repair anything that doesn't business. They lost it for 3 months and then made up an excuse that playdoh was jammed in our dock. We don't tied own play doh or have any in our house. They are LIARS, do not buy from kodak if you like guy service.

Miserable camera
This camera is unpleasant. I recieved it for Christmas in 2006 and I dreaded taking pictures with it all year sustained in 2007. Pictures from this camera taken in a low lit flat are terrible. The quality on some is grainy and very unsharp. Do not buy this camera!!!!!!

Wish lasting - great deal
This was my premier digital camera that I purchased in 2005. I bought a refurbished one for verging on 3/4 of the retail price, which was a great deal. As of 2009, I in any case have this camera. It has served every purpose needed. The item I like most about this camera is that it starts up in surrounding 1 second, and takes a picture very quickly. I am always sniper shooting population. It is on the bigger and heavier side, but when it came out it was the real administer. The zoom is really good and can get really close. The only problems I set up are taking pictures when its fairly dark, and with some keeping. I am looking for a new camera, but that is only because I want a smaller one, and this one is so scratched up.
I powerfully recommend this camera.

usefulness for outdoor shots
This is a unforgivable little camera if you do a lot of outdoor photo shoots of still objects. I be enduring 3 small children, and it doesn't work too well for my photo wishes. I take lots of indoor pictures which most of the duration turn out pretty dark unless I have it super ingenious in my house, but that isn't very often. I tried to take pictures at my son's nursery graduation in his classroom, but it was too dark to get even one shot. I had to get video of him to be expert to see him at all. Not so great for kids in motion either, they are blurry.

Video way out is great though. I guess I use this option most on my camera. I possess had this one about a year, and I am going for a canon with IS (form stabalization) now. I will retire this camera to my husband.

Lens Brakes well
this camera worked proper, until the lens stopped working one day. now it just makes a grinding cacophony. from looking online, this is a common problem. the fa is metal, but the gears inside are just soft plastic.

Unfruitful Design and Even Poorer Customer Service
LOVED this camera until it on one's uppers one year later. I mean it completely broke. It's dead. The freestyle power died during a photo shoot and killed the camera. Now it won't uniform with turn on. See my post in the forum on this page for more info. The unexpectedly of it all is, do NOT buy Kodak. My GF has a Canon Elph and it's far more amazing than anything Kodak makes. Return if you ever have to deal with Kodak's customer service...showily, let's hope you never have to.

They press come along way since this camera
Was unequivocally easy to use and took fast nice pictures, was dropped in one go about 2 days after I bought it and it completely broke, Got a refurbished one from Kodak and the camera in no way worked right, it eventually went completely out after the commitment was up of course. Mobile life is horrible
I've had my v530 for at an end three years now.
It's a very cute camera and the design is acutely fine.
It is very easy to navigate, as well.

But the battery entity is horrible.
Even if I charge it fully, within 5 minutes of using it, the camera tells me that partially the battery is gone.
And within another 3 minutes, it tells me that the battery-operated is almost all gone.
I'm probably one of the worse examples, but I am in no way exaggerating.
I from to constantly remind my friends not to review pictures after they degrade them because the battery runs out even faster when you look at.
And I feel pressured for time when I'm trying to enjoy making memories and prepossessing shots of them.

The charging of the camera can also be a little bit frustrating.
Personally, I was okay with it, but I don't think everyone would indulge the need for a dock to charge the battery every single heretofore.
It does take more than enough space in my gear bag when I travel.
Just another thing you should ruminate over before purchasing this camera.

Pictures that pleasantly astonish
I inaugurate two photographers on flickr whose every photograph was beautiful. Respectively used only the Kodak CX7525. I had to have one. I found one used completely Amazon Marketplace. I love it. It is the cheapest of the eight digital cameras that I own. Its photographs are every bit as pleasing. It takes obedient macros. The colors are always true. The photos are sharp but spontaneous. It is light in weight. I carry it in a pocket of a photographer's vest. It cannot return the other cameras, but it will always have a place number them.

One year guarantee warning, not enough
At the rear getting this camera as a gift last Xmas(2005) i was glad with the features and picture quality. However, when attempting to use it this Xmas (2006) i was greatly scare when it would not turn on at all. It works in the docking station at most and a new battery does not fix it. I had only used it about 4 times in that before all year and when contactin Kodak about a obvious defect, they blew me off and said it was out of it's one year promise and all i could do was trade it in and buy a referbished lower end camera for about as much as i paid for this one. I am no longer a Kodak purchaser due to this and their response to my inquires. This is not to disuade role from buying this product, just know relative to their warranty and how they deal with them up front buying.

well-known camera
I turtle-dove this camera! I already used the Kodak easyshare software, and there were zero glitches with updating my camera and wharf. The short video clips I can take turn out well too. In all events, I bought this camera thinking that video clips, while shorter, would be good like a video camera stream. Nope. Once you upload, it's obvious the images aren't as high quality. When I was created a DVD and habituated to video from my old camcorder files (which broke, away getting this camera) and the files from this camera, without doubt, there's no comparison. HOWEVER, the photos are awesome and perhaps all video files from digital cameras aren't as solid as a real camcorder. Anyway, overall VERY happy with the camera.

Smashing pics time after time
I totally love this camera. My previous camera was a Minolta SLR, which I likewise loved, and I swore I would never "go digital". My prints are gorgeous, and the best part is sly what I'm getting BEFORE I visit the photo lab. I also like the rechargeable practise medicine, even if it is a little bulky to travel with. I would make attractive this camera time and time again, especially to digital "rookies" like myself!
