expert bargain cameraThis was the first easyshare camera I've had that the filter didn't break. It takes reliable pictures and the fact that it uses AA batteries is advantageous.
Pros: durability, compatibility for batteries and SD memory cards, carbon copy stabilization (for motion).
Cons: if any, the video function could experience been higher resolution.
Do Not be convinced of the Negative reviews
In reading the bad reviews all I from to say is,it is the user not the camera that is the problem. Read your enchiridion and play around with the camera before taking the all eminent shots. Use lithium batteries not regular alkeline. They command last longer. If the camera freezes up, 9 times out of 10, you keep either accidently double clicked on the camera or the batteries are low! If late trying it out and their is a legitimate factory problem, do not call Kodak, restoration it to where you bought it and ask for a new one. Manufacturing problems do happen. I have owned Kodak all my sustenance and upgraded to digital easy share when digital became the be beside oneself with anger:) Use the software with it. It allows you to edit your photos in scads different ways, including color, enhancement, red eye, etc. loading the pictures from the camera to laptop takes seconds and automatically pops up for your review. It is soft for anyone to use! I use it to enter in the photography divisions at fair competitions, and am looking to inflate someday to doing this professionally. Expensive does not miserable better. For the price you cannot beat it!!

Astounding
I bought this camera philosophy it was just a fairly cheap camera just to take pics of myself or front scenery, i was thinking why spend 200 bucks on a camera ,ill try the kodak , its a old label, well wow was i surpriesed this camera is really worth twice the payment the pics are rich, colourfull, and outstanding, believe me i have owned unusual brand before and boy what a difference the kodak makes. trust me you wont be disapointed with this camera, simply point and shoot , images come out perfect. i would reccommend this camera to any one initiate or expert. it s also filled with features for u to choose from if u like to get the apt shot or just set to auto which is what i use 90% of the in good time always. kodak really impressed me here.
My reliable opinion
Fop, I got this camera maybe 2 years ago as a Christmas present, and it's melodious amazing. First of all, it's fairly fast. That's one thing that at all times bothered me with digital cameras- I hate when they be experiencing really slow shutter speeds. Second of all (and most importantly in my casing, ha-ha), this camera is a friggin' tank- trust me when I say this camera can efficacious a LOT of abuse- I've dropped this camera from at least 4 feet off the cause countless times- sometimes onto bare concrete, I've unexpectedly gotten it wet, and once or twice people have dropped it while the lens was unreserved/out, and it's still fine: I recommend this to clumsy people (note: I am not saying `hey go dismay your camera out the window and it`ll be fine!' - I`m saying don't annoyance too much if you`re clumsy or accidentally drop it). Besides that, it takes ordinary pictures- I don't really bother with all of the different settings, and all of my pictures keep turned out fine. It takes good action shots if the glitter is on, but of course it'll be harder to get a great action shot with the flare off, you know? The zoom doesn't screw up to quality too much, and it zooms A LOT. Video eminence is just dandy, and it has pretty good sound quality when you coverage it back on the computer. I recommend this camera to amateurs, because it was my beginning camera and I love it. Plus, it's very cheap.
