I was outlook about Casio Exilim EX-Z77PK (7.2MP) it's $159.99 at most excellently buy or Kodak EasyShare M853 8.2MP Digital Camera $129.99

I'd go for the Casio. Alternately, Canon's (PowerShot) SD series and Fujifilm's (Finepix) Z series are both darned sleek, high quality cameras.
Kodak and HP are crap. Don't get me started on Samsung, DXG, and Sanyo.
Oh, and solely because a camera has lots of megapixels doesn't drive at it's not crap. "The Megapixel Allegory" ( http://www.kenrockwell.com/tech/mpmyth.htm ) shows fair-minded how little megapixels have to do with existent picture quality. Most people don't call more than 3MP anyway, even if you're making big prints.
