Is a Nikon CoolPix 4600 4MP Digital Camera good?

I get one right now but i bought it from my sister for 88 bucks lol. ( utilized)

She bought it for around 200.00 bucks name brand new! But lately i been thinking of buying a decidedly cool slim pocket size Digital Camera but do recall what to buy. I want to spend no more then 199.00 or 2 something. Any guidance? Which are the best camera that can immure b silence off the flash indoors or outdoors?

Very much, for $88, you can't go too far wrong. I bought one new a span of years ago, just to carry in my pocket. It's secure to have a small camera like that so you can each "get the picture." I've had a few of these grab shots published in the newspaper, so the worth is quite acceptable.

I have many digital cameras and I am not disappointed with the results of my 4600. AND - it uses "AA" batteries as opposed to of expensive special batteries. It's almost the size of a pack of cigarettes, too. There are newer cameras that I am not as in with in that price range, but since you said "substantial, small, cheap," this is one (two) I can surely recommend from experience. There are newer Coolpix cameras, but I allow that I am not familiar with all of their features. I don that the quality of the photos is at least as considerable as these older models. I'd say to only just be sure you get one that has an optical viewfinder, admitting that, because you can't always see the image in an LCD viewfinder.

If it's not irresponsible enough for you between shots, try the "Sports Work for" mode and turn off the LCD monitor.

In this are a few samples. These pics were bewitched with the Coolpix 4600 with no tricks or gimmicks or filters or whatever. They had some "very inconsiderable adjustments" in Photoshop. If you bought this camera today, you would be capable to go out and snap these pictures yourself.

Yes, you can discover to be better cameras that will toil faster, blah, blah, blah, but you paid 88 bucks for a quite nice little camera that on probably do all that you want it to do.
