The new Lumix DMC-FX07 7.2-megapixel digital camera features a f2.8 Leica DC Vario-Elmarit Lens lens with 3.6x visual zoom, equivalent to 28mm to 102mm on a 35mm film camera, an Intelligent Essence Stabilizer and Intelligent ISO control (I.I.C.) . When set to the I.I.C., the Venus Locomotive III detects the subject's movement and adjusts the setting and shutter fly like the wind to suit the movement and light condition automatically. The f2.8 Leica DC Vario-Elmarit lens is housed in a succinct and slim body, achieved thanks to the incorporation of an EA (Extra High Refractive Factor Aspherical) lens. Despite the large, bright LCD, the DMC-FX07 camera achieves large battery life to shoot approximately 320 pictures ( CIPA ) on a comprehensive charge. This camera is also capable of shooting pictures (with sound) and a variety of preset scene modes, 18 in outright for easy use.
