It depends on the proposition at which you set the camera, the quality level at which you set the camera, and the receipt of JPEG compression Samsung uses.
If you shoot at the highest answering (10 MP), the pic will start out at 10 MP x 3 bytes per pixel (Red, Na, Blue) = 30 MB.
If you use the highest Quality home, JPEG compression will be 80-85%, depending on the pic and Samsung. So 30 MB x 20% = 6 MB to 4.5 MB.
Note: This all applies to JPEG make-up. If you change the format in your computer to one that does not use trimness (like TIFF), the pic will take the autochthonous 30 MB.
